1How to check product availability?

Next to each product there is information about its availability in the store:

  • Out of stock - 0 items in stock at the moment; if you are very interested in this product, please let us know via email: biuro@lovepots.pl or by phone:  668 974 454
  • Out of stock - the last pieces of a particular item, it is worth to hurry up with the purchase!
  • Average quantity - we have at least a few/more than a dozen copies
  • Large quantity - we have enough product in stock to handle multiple orders
  • Available on request - we can specially import this product for you - contact us by email: biuro@lovepots.pl  or by phone: 668 974 454
  • Expected delivery - the product will be available soon
  • Withdrawn from the offer - the product is no longer available in the offer of our store
2How do I check the status of my order?

We will send information about the progress of your order to your email address.  In addition, after logging into your account, you will have access to all information about your current and already completed orders: status, contents, addresses given, etc.

3How long will I have to wait for the shipment?

Immediately after you place your order, you will receive information to your email address with a link that you need to click to confirm your order - at which point we begin the order processing. Your email address will be sent to on a regular basis with information about the status of your order.

Deadline for receipt of package = shipping date + delivery time

The shipping date is based on the availability of the products and the selected form of payment, while the delivery time depends on the form of delivery you have chosen.

4What are the forms of delivery?

Depending on the quantity and weight of the products you order, the payment method you choose and your own preferences, you can choose one of the delivery methods:

  • courier company,
  • Polish post (economy or priority mail),

5How much will I pay for shipping?

You will know the total cost of delivery of your order when you add products to the cart and select the form of delivery and payment method you are interested in - in the summary you will see the exact value to be paid. Depending on the form of payment chosen (prepayment or cash on delivery) and the method of delivery, the cost of shipping ranges from a few to several zlotys.

6How do I pay for my order?

Depending on the value of your order, the form of delivery you choose and your own preferences, you can choose one of the following payment methods:

  • transfer to bank account,
  • cash on delivery payment,
  • electronic payment (online transfer).

7Can I pick up my order in person?

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to make personal pickups of orders.

8What are discount coupons?

We offer discount coupons to our customers in many promotional campaigns. They come in the form of  codes, which must be entered into the shopping cart, in the appropriately marked box. This will recalculate the amount to be paid including the discount.

Remember that most discount codes have an expiration period. Once it expires, the discount code is no longer active - it will not result in a specific discount.

9What is a storage facility?

Storage is a place where you can add products you are considering. Only logged-in users have access to this functionality .

If you are hesitant to buy a certain product, and you have an account in our store, log in and add the product to the stockroom. The products in the storage room are remembered for you. The next time you log into the store, you will find all the products you have saved in the storeroom. You can revisit them at any time, flip them to your shopping cart or remove them from storage.

10Can I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes, you can receive a VAT invoice for the products purchased in our store. To do this, during the ordering process in the form with your data, select the "company" option and provide invoice details. Put information about your desire to receive a VAT invoice in the Notes (section "Additional information"). If the shipping address is different from the billing information, check the "other shipping address" option in the form and enter the address to which the order is to be sent.

The date of the VAT invoice is the date of shipment of your order. It is not possible to change this date.

11How do I change my order?

You can only modify your orders until its contents are complete. Once it is sent to the indicated address, modification is no longer possible. For any modification of your order (change of address, addition of a product to your order, change of payment or delivery method), contact us as soon as possible - preferably via e-mail:  biuro@lovepots.pl .

12I placed the wrong order. How to cancel them?

You can only cancel your orders until the contents are complete. Once it is sent to the specified address, cancellation is impossible. To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible - preferably electronically via e-mail:  biuro@lovepots.pl .

13Where is my shipment?

When you choose delivery via courier, you will receive a waybill number in an email and a link to a page where you can track the location of your shipment in real time. This link is also visible to registered customers of the store, in the preview of the details of the placed order, in the Shipping column.

14Do the products sold come with a warranty?

Yes, the products available in the assortment of our store have manufacturers' warranty, valid in Poland. You can find information about the warranty period in the product description, as well as on the manufacturers' websites. It is important to keep the proof of purchase (bill or invoice), as well as the original packaging until the end of the warranty period. This is the basis for complaints.

15I have a problem with the product I ordered. What now?

Always check for shipping damage before picking up the package. If the package has visible external damage, we recommend that you refuse the shipment and then contact us electronically via e-mail: biuro@lovepots.pl .

If you want to make a claim, make sure whether the product should be claimed at our store or at the manufacturer. You can find information about this in the warranty card, as well as in the product description on our website or on the manufacturer's website.

16Can I return a purchased product?

Yes, in accordance with the Law of March 2, 2000, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the shipment of your order, you can return the product purchased from the online store without giving a reason. However, such goods must not bear traces of use, must not be damaged or destroyed, and must be in the original packaging with all its contents.
